- Any special manufacturing notes. (Heat Treat, 4-Way Notch, Clean (food grade and pharmaceutical), Branding, Banding, Chamfer, Corner Clip, Painted, etc.)
- Your location and preferred shipping method.
- An estimate on annual usage.
